Argentinean born, 6th generation circus artist Marco Moreno has worked
throughout the world as an elite circus performer & acrobat and rigger in
some of the worlds most prestigious circus's including Fuentes Gasca and
even 15 years with the internationally acclaimed Tihany Spectacular.

Marcos' extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of circus
performance and setup makes him a priceless addition to the Australian
Institute of Circus Arts.

Marco has worked professionally on Flying Trapeze, Bungee's, Silks, Straps,
Russian Swing, Russian Bar, Equestrian Acrobatics, Trampolining, Animal
Training, Air matt, Acrobatic Skipping Rope and many more, you name it
Marco has performed and perfected it.

Marco has competed and taken home medals in 3 of the worlds most
prestigious circus festivals; Monte Carlo, Verona and Paris.

He is currently working as an agent, qualified IRATA rigger, circus artist and
circus arts teacher and is now running the Australian Institute of Circus Arts
and continues to tour the world for circus shows and circus festivals working
as rigger and longer

Jasmine born in Sydney, Australia, has just returned from judging at the
China Wuqiao International Circus Festival. As a performer she toured
Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, China Canada, U.S.A, Mexico, Australia,
Micronesia and the Pacific

She attended the famous McDonald College of the Performing Arts, where
she studied, Classical Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Drama, Artistic and
Rhythmic Gymnastics. Jasmine performed circus acts and danced for Circo
de los hermanos Vazquez, Circus Broadway "Fuentes Family", Circus
Roberts, Mexican International Circus, the famous Tihany Spectacular and
many more

Jasmine has also coached and created aerial and floor circus acts for
students in Mexico, Canada, USA and Australia. She has been producing,
contracting and choreographing circus artists, and dancers for many
spectaculars, festivals, conventions and international shows over the last four
years.

Jasmine specialises in teaching contortion, acrobatics, aerial lyra, aerial sling,
static trapeze and contemporary dance, she is also in charge of
choreography for the school

David born in Mexico, joined the school recently after working on many
contracts with the schools agency "Gala Entertainment Management" overseas
His expertise includes; Solo & Duo Lyra, Static Trapeze, Acrobatics,
Trampolining, Russian Hammock, Bungee Trapeze, Skipping Rope Acrobatics,
Contortion and Hula Hooping

David spent 15 years in high level Artistic Gymnastics, Sports Acrobatics,
Sports Aerobics and Trampolining. David won National Champion of Artistic
Gymnastics in the year 2000 Cup Gymnasts of 21st Century, also National
Champions in Sports Acrobatics in 2003, Sub-champion Nationally in
Trampolining winning federation cup in 2003, taking 3rd place at the National
Trampoline Championships in 2004, National Champion in Sports Aerobics in
the year 2004, and not to mention also gaining National Sub-champion in
"Dance Partner" in the National cup " Cheer and Dance " in  2006

More interesting David actually took A.I.C.A's director Marco Morenos place in
Tihany Spectacular when Marco moved to Australia in 2007

David has performed in many circus shows, musicals, operas, nightclubs and
festivals some of these including;
Magic and Illusion: "Peace Dharma", Circus Production: Ivlev's Russian Circus,
Monterrey's Ballet: "Imohtep" and the "Corsair"; Works directed by Robert Hill
of Monterrey's Ballet, International Convention of Circus and Clown 2006 in
Puebla Pue. México, International Festival Rodara Circus 2006, TV circus
program “The 5 Magnificents “, most recently in Zirca Mega club Singapore

Jason born in Australia competed national level in diving and
trampolining.

Jason has very high level coaching skills having taken over 4
gymnastics disciplines to international level, these including;
Mens Artistic Gymnastics, Womens Artistic Gymnastics,
Trampolining and Sports Acrobatics

Jason has also graduated as a primary school teacher and
teaches at A.I.C.A some of the following classes;
Hand-Voltige (Pitching), Trampolining, Acrobatics, Active After
school Program and Hand-Balancing

His circus interests include learning Cloud Swing and Clowning
Danielle Williams

Danielle born in Australia, has been training with us for over
two years now, her passion is for the aerial hoop, but she
also dabbles in aerial sling and straps, she also has been
developing a grinder-girl act for local events

Danielle is now coaching beginners circus and the active after
school program

Danielles' 4 children are all talented circus students and her
daughter Zamyka is one of our elite students....Must be in the
DNA

Gain is a Jnr Coach who teaches basic floor acrobatics, Aerial
Hoop, Statics Trapeze and Aerial Hammock.

Gains skills are growing everyday. Gain hopes to one day
have a dynamic solo and duo aerial hoop routine

BJ teaches our SIP Program (Social Intellectual Development
Program) and takes care of many of our school sports
students on their weekly venture to the circus school, she also
takes part at times in our active "After School Program"

BJ has a back ground in Fitness and Gymnastics and her circus
interests include aerial sling and lyra
Bonnita Sambrook

Bonnita born in Australia, has been coaching with us for a year
now and is developing a high level Russian Silks (Double
Hammock Contortion Act), and training in hand-balancing and
contortion

Bonnita is well known Australia wide in the Rhythmic Gymnastics
Community for her creative music choices, elegant moves,
flexibility and her similarities with Russian Olympic Gymnast
"Alina Kabaeva"

Her students have performed very well at recent regional and
state competitions.

Bonni hopes to one day travel the world with her aerial sling act
Kim Lennon

Kim joined us after doing a 10 week program with us, she loved
the Lyra so much she decided to stay on and train, she now
coaches our beginners aerials classes

Kim has a crazy natural flexibility in her back without training  
that would make any contortionist jealous

She also enjoys Russian Silks and Single Hammock, this term
she is going back into training to increase her circus skills

When Jasmine & Marco travel overseas, top international performers are also flown in to take their place,
giving students an extra opportunity to learn different styles and skills
Tami Dawson

Tami is one of Australia's foremost aerial performers.
Demonstrating boundless innovation, passion and dedication,
she has performed both nationally and internationally since
2002, delighting and captivating on-lookers with her unique
style, elegance and precision

Tami was a student favourite on her last visit, she taught Lyra,
Trapeze, Tissu and Teardrop, our students are looking forward
to her next visit

We are taking Tami this October to compete in the China
Wuqiao International Circus Festival!
Lena Grzegolec

Lena is an ex international Sports Acrobatics champion, turned
aerialist

She is now based in the Gold Coast and performs all around
the world for corporate gigs and shows

Lena specialises on Silks and Acrobatics and more

Zebastian Hunter the divine, gorgeous and incredible world's
#1 Cloud Swinger came two times to our school, we want to
thank him for his wonderful performance at our opening and
his generosity with the hours he put in to coaching on his two
visits to the school.

When Zeb came our students had only just started and had
very little technique, strength or flexibility, but he tackled it
like a professional and gave the kids his best.. We know it took
allot of patience and we would like to say thanks once again.

I hope you come back one day to teach again and see how far
your beginners have got in such a short time! Corinne &
Zamyka now have every trick in the book you would be so

Luigi Hernandez Soto

Luigi is the worlds #1 Washington Trapeze performer, he will
join the school in a months time to teach workshops and
perfect our high level students.

Luigi has performed in both traditional and contemporary
circus arts

Luigi has worked for Cirque Sublime, Canada, Circo Rolex,
Circo de los Hermanos Vazquez. Luigi also recently worked on
our show in Singapore and represented our agency in the
International Circus Festival of Albacete where he won the
Trophy of the best image of the festival. We are so proud of
you Luigi, you always behave professional, and are a great
example to all of the contemporary circus arts out there
Kate Lawrence

Kate originally trained as a contortionist, had to retire because
of a back injury, Kate now is an aerialist and performes Lyra,
Silks and Trapeze.

Parents gave Kate 10/10 for her fabulous attitude, hard
working, great communication skills and how hard she worked
our elite girls
